2014-2015 Biennial Report<\/p><\/div>\n
Friends of Glen Providence Park first met on July 14, 2011 at Seven Stones Caf\u00e9 in Media. <\/b>We organized in response to the threat to the north end of the park by the reconstruction of Broomall\u2019s Dam, and we continue to advocate to minimize damage to the park\u2019s wetlands, wildlife and plants. Our activities quickly expanded to nature walks, citizen science, plantings and more, and we\u2019ve tallied some of our accomplishments from the past 5 years…<\/p>\n
